Annabella Hydrangea
The Annabelle Hydrangea is a large 10-12" snow-white globe that will pop in your landscape. It is more of a low growing shrub only getting to be 3-4 feet high. The rich, green foliage will stand-out against the white flower heads. Its sturdy stems support flowers, blooms very dependably. Japanese Beetles don't like this plant. Prune to a few inches above the ground every spring.

The Onondaga Viburnum is a USDA introduction. It's a striking shrub with foliage emerging dark-maroon and maturing dark-green, with a purple tinge. Alpine Currant
The Alpine Currant is a great dwarf, compact, dense shrub, growing around 3-4 feet high. It gets a little fuller when the leaves fill out in spring. There are inconspicuous yellow flowers in June. As pictured, this plant makes for an excellent hedge, either trimmed or untrimmed. This plant can be planted in the shade. This selection has shown to be resistant to leaf drop, is very reliable and can be easily transplanted. The Green Mound Alpine Currant is a similar selection that is a dwarf, compact, dense shrub.
