Can I track Online Orders?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. This email confirmation will contain a tracking number if shipping FedEx. Please be sure to check your SPAM or Junk folders for our email as some providers will bounce our email. It will be from McKay Nursery Company.

What's Your Return Policy: 

All sales are final, and the package cannot be returned without our permission. A 40% restocking fee will be charged to the customer if the nursery stock is returned in the same “like-new condition”, and is saleable, within two weeks of receipt. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and processing charges for any returns. We will not be liable for damages in an amount greater than the original purchase price of any plant.

We strive to get orders out to you as soon as possible. You may cancel the order as long as our warehouse has not begun processing it. Please note this may be soon after the order has been placed, and a cancelation fee of 20% will be charged.

My new product purchased has missing and/or damaged pieces.

We have perfected the boxing and shipping to ensure that the plants will arrive to you in great shape but on rare occasions, products may be damaged during transport. If your product has been damaged during shipping, the quickest and easiest solution is to contact customer service and a representative will be happy to assist you. Shipping Schedule

Listed per plant item. You can use the chart as a guideline, but we reserve the right to adjust the delivery/shipping schedule at any time due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Methods

1. FedEx - Due to our high quality and healthy nursery stock FedEx puts shipping and weight restrictions on what we can ship. Below are the only items we can currently ship FedEx.

-          #3 containers/grow bags

-          #2 containers/grow bags

-          #1 containers/grow bags

-          All small fruit bare root bundles

-          Bare root shrubs 3' and smaller

-          Bare root trees 5' and smaller

2. Local Delivery - local delivery is only for customers that are within a 100 mile radius of our Waterloo, WI office at this time. This delivery option is serviced by McKay's delivery team and trucks. 

3. Will- call (FREE order pick-up) - pick-up at our Waterloo, WI or Oregon, WI (Winterland Nursery - 5655 Lincoln Rd, Oregon, WI 53575). Please call 920-478-2121 after placing your order online to be schedule a time to pick-up your order. Please allow 5 business days for  Oregon (Winterland) pick-ups and and 3 business days for Waterloo (McKay) pick-ups. More details on this in our FAQ section under "Are online orders available for pick-up if you live near Waterloo, WI".

**Keep in mind bare root items cannot be picked up at Oregon, WI location due to lack of cold storage facilities. Please allow 5 business days to pick-up your item as it takes time for us to ship your order to that location.
