Every McKay project is about creating better environments for home, work and play. As farmers, visionaries and craftsmen we are committed to making every space we touch more useable, healthy and intriguing. We do this both through our work and through donating our product, time and talents as a group and as individuals.

  • On the job experience with local developmental groups and transitional programs
  • Donations to local sports teams, library programs, local agriculture and FHA clubs, local food pantries, community gardens and outdoor adventure spaces, school scholarships, Jefferson County Literacy Council (JCLC) program, local Ducks Unlimited Chapters just to name a few.
  • McKay Employee Garden - produce donations to local food pantry
  • Past President Karl Junginger's generosity spans the entire city of Waterloo. From donating to the re-building of the local library, funds for city expenses, and the Karl Junginger Scholarship Fund.

As a company that's employee owned we take community seriously and supporting those that we work with.
