Spicebush

The Spicebush (Lindera Benszoin) is known for its bright yellow leaves in fall and red berries. Butterflies and birds will enjoy this plant, but it is deer resistant. Its best planted in wet, acidic or clay soils and near borders, streams and banks. It's a fast growing shrub that will work in partly shady and full sun spots.
